Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your product, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if any)
Once we have received and inspected your refund request, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision whether or not to approve your refund request.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only full-priced products can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

Gifts
If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift recipient preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift recipient and they will know that you returned the item.
